00 Pre-Job Conferences. The Individual Employer or an Employer shall notify the Union at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of work by an Employee or Employees covered by this Agreement on all jobs or projects where the estimated or agreed price to be paid to the Individual Employer is $3,000,000 or more. If the Individual Employer conducts a Pre-Job Conference with any other basic craft for a job or project of less than $3,000,000, it will notify the Union and the Union may participate in the Pre-Job Conference.
