Access to Programs, Services and Facilities. The Contractor must ensure that its programs, services and facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities. If a particular facility or program is not accessible, the Contractor must provide equivalent services in an accessible alternate location or manner.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity.
