ADDITIONAL GUESTS. A. Primary renter is to submit the names, ages, and cell phone numbers of all guests that will be staying at the property. Failure will result in termination of reservation and all monies will not be refunded.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS. The Guest may have additional overnight visitors to the Property, but is prior permission from the Lessor is required. An additional monetary amount may also be charged.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS. The cabin and facilities are for use by Guests only. Visitors of guest must be approved in advance by the owners. If additional day guests are approved, a daily fee of $25 per person will be payable to owners prior to any visitors arriving. ADDITIONAL GUESTS. When you make a reservation, you must indicate how many people are traveling in your party. If you do not, XXXXXXX reserves the right to refuse service to additional guests or charge an additional fee. You will remain responsible for the conduct of each individual traveling in your party.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS. Additional guests staying on your site, either inside your trailer or in a tent on your site will pay the prevailing tenting rate.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS. If you book a Stay on behalf of additional guests, you are required to ensure that every additional guest meets any requirements set by Royal Consulting Solutions LLC, and is made aware of, agrees and is subject to these Terms and any terms and conditions, rules and restrictions set by Royal Consulting Solutions LLC. If you are Booking for an additional guest who is a minor, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor. Minors may only participate in a Reservation if accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY • The maximum occupancy of our homes is determined by the property owner/s. Exceeding the maximum number of guests is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement without refund. Children under age 2 do not count toward maximum occupancy. An occupant (or guest) list must be provided with your rental agreement, including name, age, and number of nights each person will be staying at the property. BOOKING ACCOMMODATIONS • You understand that a confirmed booking of an Accommodation (“Accommodation”) is a limited license granted to you by Royal Consulting Solutions LLC to enter, occupy and use the Accommodation for the duration of your stay, during which time Royal Consulting Solutions LLC (only where and to the extent permitted by applicable law) retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation, in accordance with your agreement with Royal Consulting Solutions LLC. • You agree to leave the Accommodation no later than the checkout time that Royal Consulting Solutions LLC specifies in the Listing or such other time as mutually agreed upon between you and Royal Consulting Solutions LLC. If you stay past the agreed upon checkout time without Royal Consulting Solutions LLC’ consent (“Overstay”), you no longer have a license to stay in the Accommodation and Royal Consulting Solutions LLC is entitled to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law. In addition, you agree to pay, if requested by Royal Consulting Solutions LLC, for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you Overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you to cover the inconvenience suffered by Royal Consulting Solutions LLC, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred by Royal Consulting Solutions LLC to make you leave (collectively, "Overstay Fees"). ADDITIONAL GUESTS. We have the ability to provide service for a few additional guests and more than happy to do so (upon your approval). A credit card will be required on the day of your event where we will process the prevailed rate for additional guests at the commencement of our service.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS. The only guests allowed at the Villa are those specified on the guest information sheet. If Renter is found to have more Guests than officially scheduled and paid for at the villa, and/or without advance written permission: Renter agrees to pay an impact fee of $200 per person per day for each person over and above the number of Guests listed on the Rental Agreement. Renter agrees to pay for excess Guests found to be on the property immediately, or shall vacate the Villa without refund of rental fee or damage security deposit. DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Guests shall not use or permit to be brought onto the Villa property any illegal substances according to Jamaican law, or flammable fluids or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. POOL SAFETY: Guests should NEVER dive into the pool. It is not deep enough and Guest could be seriously injured. Always watch all children and partying adults carefully, and please do not allow anyone to run around the pool areas or decks. Tiles, inside the villa and outside, and deck areas around the pool can be very slippery when wet. Be extremely cautious. COMMON AREAS: Guests are permitted to use the common areas of The Lagoons located in the center island of the development including the playground, pool, and tennis courts. Note, the playground is only for use of small children and the tennis court may only be used for tennis and should not be used for any other activities. Guests may also use the gym facilities but children under 16 are not allowed to use the gym without supervision of an adult. All guests use these facilities at their own risk. Guests may not trespass on any private property, including but not limited to vacant lots, docks and beaches, within The Lagoons.

However, if Principal Guest discloses prior to the acceptance of their reservation in writing that more than (8) eight guests will stay in the Condo, and Owner accepts the reservation with that clear and undisputable knowledge then no additional charges will be billed to Principal Guest. Under no circumstances however shall more than (8) eight guests be allowed to stay over- night in the Condo. The number of Adults and children / infants must be disclosed prior to your stay to be added the HKCA guest roster. Sneaking or smuggling in of additional undocumented guests is a breach of this Agreement that will result in this Agreement being terminated by Owner pursuant to the Falsified Reservation clause below.
