Common use of Additional Work Clause in Contracts

Additional Work. If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the District, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the District by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule.
