Admission of Initial Limited Partners. Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units, Subordinated Units and Incentive Distribution Rights to the General Partner and Dynagas Holding Ltd. as described in Sections 5.1 and 5.2, the Board of Directors shall admit such parties to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units, Subordinated Units or Incentive Distribution Rights issued to them.
Admission of Initial Limited Partners. The Persons listed on Exhibit A as limited partners of the Partnership shall be admitted to the Partnership as Limited Partners upon their execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Admission of Initial Limited Partners. Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units, Subordinated Units and Incentive Distribution Rights to the General Partner, Crosstex Energy, Inc. and the Underwriters as described in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 in connection with the Initial Offering, the General Partner shall admit such parties to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units, Subordinated Units or Incentive Distribution Rights issued to them.
Admission of Initial Limited Partners. At and as of the Time of Delivery, the initial Record Holders of LP Units purchased pursuant to Section 4.2 shall automatically become Limited Partners and the Organizational Limited Partner shall automatically cease to be a Limited Partner.

Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units to the Underwriters as described in Section 5.3 in connection with the Initial Offering and the execution by each Underwriter of a Transfer Application, the Managing General Partner shall admit the Underwriters to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units purchased by them.

Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units, Subordinated Units and Incentive Distribution Rights to the General Partner, WXX, Wxxxxxxx Energy, L.L.C., Wxxxxxxx Discovery Pipeline LLC, Wxxxxxxx Partners Holdings LLC and the Underwriters as described in Section 5.2 and Section 5.3 in connection with the Initial Offering, the General Partner shall admit such parties to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units, Subordinated Units or Incentive Distribution Rights issued to them.
Admission of Initial Limited Partners. Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units and subordinated units of the Partnership to DFI, as described in Section 5.2, DFI was admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner in respect of the Units issued to it. Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units to the Underwriters as described in Section 5.3 in connection with the Initial Offering and the execution by each Underwriter of a Transfer Application, the General Partner admitted the Underwriters to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units purchased by them. Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Class A Special Units to Tejas as described in Section 5.3, the General Partner admitted Tejas to the Partnership as an Initial Limited Partner in respect of the Class A Special Units issued to Tejas.
Admission of Initial Limited Partners.
