Affiliated Company. Affiliated Company" means, with respect to HP, any entity in which HP holds a 50% or less ownership interest and that is listed on Schedule 7.1(a) to the Separation Agreement and, with respect to Agilent, any entity in which Agilent holds a 50% or less ownership interest and that is listed on Schedule 7.1(b) to the Separation Agreement. Schedules 7.1(a) and 7.1(b) may be amended from time to time after the date hereof upon mutual written consent of the parties.
