AGENCY OR PARTNERSHIP. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership between the Parties hereto or constitute any Party as agent for another for any purpose whatsoever and no Party shall have the authority or power to bind any other Party or to contract in the name of or create a liability of any other in any way or for any purpose.
