Common use of Aggregate Limit Clause in Contracts

Aggregate Limit. The maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued under this Plan, pursuant to the exercise of SARs and Options, the grant of Stock Awards and the settlement of Stock Units is 555,000 shares.

Aggregate Limit. The maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued under this Plan, pursuant to the exercise of SARs and Options, the grant of Stock Awards and the settlement of Performance Shares, Stock Units and Incentive Awards is 555,000 400,000 shares. The maximum aggregate number of shares that may be issued under this Plan and the maximum number of shares that may be issued pursuant to the exercise of Options shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Article XII.

Aggregate Limit. The maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued under this Plan, pursuant to the exercise of SARs and Options, the grant of Stock Awards and the settlement of Performance Shares, Stock Units and Incentive Awards is 555,000 430,000 shares.

Aggregate Limit. The maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued under this Plan, pursuant to the exercise of SARs and Options, the grant of Stock Awards and the settlement of Performance Shares, Stock Units and Incentive Awards is 555,000 255,000 shares.

Aggregate Limit. The maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued under this Plan, pursuant to the exercise of SARs and Options, Options and the grant of Stock Awards and the settlement of Awards, Stock Units and Incentive Awards, is 555,000 shares1,000,000 shares which shares are authorized and available for issuance under the NewMarket Corporation 2004 Incentive Compensation and Stock Plan. The maximum aggregate number of shares that may be issued under this Plan shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Article XI.
