Common use of Aggregate Limit Clause in Contracts

Aggregate Limit. The maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued under this Plan pursuant to the exercise of Options is 125,000 shares. The maximum aggregate number of shares that may be issued under this Plan shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Article VI.

Aggregate Limit. The maximum aggregate number of shares of Common Stock that may be issued under this Plan pursuant to the exercise awards of Options is 125,000 stock and options shall not exceed 1,000,000 shares. The maximum aggregate number of shares that may be issued under this Plan shall be , subject to adjustment as provided in Article VI.X. The maximum aggregate number of shares that may be issued under this Plan shall be subject to adjustment as provided in Article VI.
