Common use of Amounts Withheld Clause in Contracts

Amounts Withheld. All amounts withheld pursuant to the Code or any provision of any state, local or foreign tax law with respect to any payment or distribution to the Company or a Member shall be treated as amounts distributed to the Member, in such amounts as the Members may determine in accordance with applicable law.
