Ancillary Terms. Lot 1 – 5 At the point of delivery to the Contracting Body, and unless otherwise specified, the Supplier shall ensure that all vehicles meet showroom standards of cleanliness and are delivered to the Contracting Body with: no more than 100 miles on the odometer; not less than a quarter of a tank of fuel; two sets of keys; and without defects. Lot 6 Unless otherwise requested by the Contracting Body, at the point of delivery to the Contracting Body, the Supplier shall ensure that all vehicles meet showroom standards of cleanliness and are delivered to the Contracting Body with: no more than 100 miles on the odometer; not less than a quarter of a tank of fuel; two sets of keys; and without defects.   • Monetary Terms All references to "Dollars" or "$" shall mean US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

  • Delivery Terms All products sent to Customer shall be sent EX Works (EXW) or FCA Company’s facility in El Cajon, CA, and in domestic packing. Customer will bear and pay for all taxes of any nature imposed prior to, at the time of, or after delivery to, the carrier at the EXW point. Customer shall also bear and pay for all charges for freight, shipping, consular fees, customs duties, and all costs and charges.   • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term.
