Common use of Annual Bonus Clause in Contracts

Annual Bonus. Executive shall be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus based on Executive’s achievement of performance objectives as mutually agreed between Executive and the CEO, such bonus to be targeted at 35% of Executive’s Annual Base Salary (the “Annual Bonus”). Any Annual Bonus approved by the Board, the Compensation Committee of the Board and/or the CEO shall be paid at the same time annual bonuses are paid to other executives of the Company generally, subject to Executive’s continuous employment through the date of approval.

Annual Bonus. In addition to Executive’s salary, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a discretionary an annual bonus based on if performance goals established by the Company are satisfied. If the Company has established an annual incentive compensation plan for its senior management, the Executive’s achievement annual bonus opportunity may be provided under the terms of performance objectives as mutually agreed between the annual incentive compensation plan.
