Applicable Rules. The arbitration proceeding, including discovery, shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, the JAMS Policy on Employment Arbitration Minimum Standards and the JAMS Employment Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect (the “JAMS Rules”). Executive understands that if Executive wishes to receive a copy of the JAMS Rules currently in effect, Executive may inform the Company in writing, and the Company will provide them to Executive before Executive executes this Agreement.
