Common use of Application Response Clause in Contracts

Application Response. 6.9.1 In Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina, when space has been determined to be available for physical (caged or cageless) Collocation arrangements, BellSouth will provide an Application Response within twenty (20) days of receipt of a Bona Fide application. The Application Response will be a written response that includes sufficient information to enable ACCESS Integrated to place a Firm Order, which, at a minimum, will include the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, the Cable Records Fee, and any other applicable space preparation fees, as described in Section 8 below.

The Central Office Application Response will be a written response that includes include sufficient information to enable ACCESS Integrated TelCove to place a Firm Order, which, at a minimum, will include consist of the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, the Cable Records Fee, and any other applicable space preparation fees, as described in Section 8 below.
