Appointment of Contractor. The Company hereby appoints the Contractor to perform the Services for the benefit of the Company as hereinafter set forth, and the Company hereby authorizes the Contractor to exercise such powers as provided under this Agreement. The Contractor accepts such appointment on the terms and conditions herein set forth.
Appointment of Contractor. 00.00.0.Xx order to carry out the operations of the Silo Complex, the Concessionaire may appoint any person(s) as Contractor(s), at its own cost and risk, for any works related to operations of the Silo Complex; provide that such person(s) are capable for carrying out the required work for and on behalf of the Concessionaire.

The Contractor shall also provide the University with the deliverables specified in Schedule B (the “Deliverables”). The Parties agree that the Contractor’s mandate under the terms of this Contract for Services shall be as specified in the attached Schedule A, including timelines for completing the Deliverables as specified in Schedule B. The Parties understand and agree that the Contractor will provide the Services to the University on a non-exclusive basis. The Contractor's methods of meeting the obligations pursuant to this Contract for Services shall be determined by the Contractor in its sole discretion and judgment, subject to the provisions and requirements of this Contract for Services and subject to the understanding that the Contractor will provide the Services in the best interests of the University and to use best efforts to protect the interests and goodwill of the University. The Parties understand and agree that the Contractor does not have the authority to create any binding obligations on behalf of the University. The Contractor shall liaise with [X] at the University.
Appointment of Contractor. I. TrailMed appoints the Contractor to provide medical services to TrailMed, its client and its client’s staff and participants in accordance with this Agreement for the Term, as set out in the Event Deployment Agreement.
