Common use of Appointment of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Servicer. Each party acknowledges and agrees that the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement will also act as Servicer under this Servicing Supplement with respect to the 2013-A Reference Pool and the 2013-A Exchange Note and will also act as agent of any Holding Company, as Holder of the related Collateral Specified Interest Certificate in the management and control of the Leases and Leased Vehicles and for all other purposes set forth in this Servicing Supplement and the Servicing Agreement. Ford Credit accepts such appointments.
