Architect/Engineer’s Services and Responsibilities. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the usual and customary Basic Services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project and each phase of the project described in Paragraphs 1.2 through 1.6 below, along with any Additional Services requested by the Owner.
