Common use of Arrangement fee Clause in Contracts

Arrangement fee. On the Closing Date, Borrower shall pay to the Arranger an arrangement fee in the amount heretofore agreed upon by letter agreement between Borrower and the Arranger. Such arrangement fee is for the services of the Arranger in arranging the credit facilities under this Agreement and is fully earned when paid. The arrangement fee paid to the Arranger is solely for its own account and is nonrefundable.

Such arrangement fee is for the services of the Arranger in arranging the credit facilities under this Agreement and is fully earned when paid. The arrangement fee paid to the Arranger is solely for its own account and is nonrefundable.

On the Closing Date, The Borrower shall agrees to pay to the Arranger on the Closing Date an arrangement fee in the amount heretofore agreed upon by set forth in the letter agreement regarding certain fees dated as of March 27, 1998 (the "Fee Letter") between Borrower the Borrower, the Parent, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger. Such arrangement fee is for the services of the Arranger in arranging the credit facilities under this Agreement and is fully earned when paid. The arrangement fee paid to the Arranger is solely for its own account and is nonrefundable4.2.
