ASSOCIATION CREATED. The New Mexico Charter School Educational Service Association is created, to be governed in accordance with and exercise the powers set forth in this Joint Powers Agreement.

ASSOCIATION CREATED. The Association is formed by this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 5, Division 7, Title I (commencing with Section 6500) of the Government Code of the State of California. The Association shall be a public entity separate from the parties hereto and its debts, liabilities and obligations shall not be the debts, liabilities and obligations of its members.
ASSOCIATION CREATED. By this declaration, declarant declares the existence of Homeowners Association as an unincorporated nonprofit Association under Idaho Code § 53-701 et seq. The purpose and powers of the Association shall be all of the purposes and powers set forth in this declaration. The Association shall perform the duties and enforce the covenants and restrictions set forth in this declaration.

  • Association Access (a) Employees shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a full time representative(s) of the Association on all matters relating to employer/employee relations. Association representatives shall have access to the employer's premises in order to provide the required assistance. Employees involved in such discussion or investigation of grievances shall not be absent themselves from work except with permission from their supervisor and such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Association Dues 5.01 In every pay period, the Board shall deduct from every pay of each Occasional Teacher the appropriate amount of dues as authorized by the Constitution of the Association and directed by its Executive.

  • Association Grievance A grievance, as defined in Section 7.1, relating to occurrences actually involving at least three (3) nurses or arising under the Association Representative article, may be initiated by the Association at Step 2 of the above-mentioned procedure by the filing of a written grievance, signed by a representative of the Association, within 35 calendar days from the date of occurrence. Such grievance shall describe the problem and the contract provisions alleged to have been violated.

  • Association Leaves 1. The Board will provide the Association President or their designee with forty (40) days of paid release time during the course of the school year in order to conduct Association Business. The Association shall reimburse the Board for the cost of any substitute required as the result of any such released time which exceeds forty (40) days during the course of the school year.

  • Association Leave A total of 10 days of leave with pay during the current school year shall be granted the Association for use by the Association. A maximum of four additional days may be used for Association leave and the substitute’s salary will be reimbursed to the Board by the Association. The President of the Association will notify the Superintendent as to the educators and dates involved at least five (5) days before such leave is desired.

  • Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations. No employee shall be interfered with, restrained, coerced, or discriminated against because of the exercise of such rights.

  • ASSOCIATION RIGHTS The Association and its members shall have the right to:

  • Association Grievances If a grievance affects a group of employees or the Association, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance to the Superintendent directly, and the processing of such grievance shall commence at Step 2. Grievances involving more than one supervisor and grievances involving the administrator above the building level may be filed by the Association at Step 2.
