Association Responsibility. The Association recognizes its responsibility as exclusive representative and agrees to represent all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination.

The Association accepts its responsibility as exclusive bargaining representative and agrees to represent all teachers in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, disability, status with regard to public assistance, sex, marital status, political affiliation, sexual orientation or any other class or group distinction, as set forth by federal and state anti-discrimination laws.
Association Responsibility. A. In the event that the Association, its officers, agents, representatives, or members engage in any of the conduct prohibited in Section A, "Prohibited Conduct", the Association or its duly authorized representatives shall immediately instruct any persons engaging in such conduct that their conduct is in violation of this Memorandum of Understanding and unlawful, and they should immediately cease engaging in conduct prohibited in Section A, "Prohibited Conduct", and return to work.

In the event that the Association, its officers, agents, representatives, or members engage in any of the conduct prohibited in Section 20.1A of this Article, Prohibited Conduct, the Association shall immediately instruct any persons engaging in such conduct that their conduct is in violation of this MOU and unlawful, and they must immediately cease engaging in conduct prohibited in said Section 20.1A, and return to work.

The Association recognizes its responsibility as 25 bargaining agent and agrees to represent all nurses with respect to grievances as herein defined. 26 Such representation shall be afforded any nurse within the bargaining unit whether or not that 27 nurse is a member of the Association. Association Responsibility. The Association will each month reimburse the District for that portion of the Association President’s compensation and benefits which are not specified as being the responsibility of the Dis- trict.

Upon notification in writing by the Prosecuting Attorney to the Association of Thurston County Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys that any of its members are engaged in a work stoppage, the Association shall immediately, in writing, order such Deputy(ies) to immediately cease engaging in such work stoppage and provide the Prosecuting Attorney with a copy of such order. In addition, if requested by the Prosecuting Attorney, a responsible official of the Association shall publicly order such Deputies to cease engaging in such a work stoppage.
