Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that any party Party institutes any action or suit to enforce this Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching party non-prevailing Party or parties Parties shall reimburse the non-breaching party prevailing Party or parties Parties for all costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered therein.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that any party Party institutes any action or suit arbitration to enforce this Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching party or parties prevailing Party shall reimburse be reimbursed by the non-breaching party or parties losing Party for all costs, including reasonable attorneys' ’ fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered therein.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that any party Party institutes any action or suit to enforce this Agreement any Transaction Document or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching party or parties prevailing Party shall reimburse be reimbursed by the non-breaching party or parties losing Party for all costs, including reasonable attorneys' attorney’s fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered therein.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that any either party institutes any action or suit (including any alternate dispute resolution commenced in accordance with section 7.02) to enforce this Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching prevailing party or parties shall reimburse be reimbursed by the non-breaching losing party or parties for all costs, including reasonable attorneys' attorney's fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment judgement rendered therein.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that any party institutes any action or suit to enforce this Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching party or parties Parties shall reimburse the non-breaching party or parties Parties for all costscosts but not greater than USD$3,000.00, including reasonable attorneys' ’ fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered therein.

In the event that any party institutes any action or suit to enforce this Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching prevailing party or parties shall reimburse be reimbursed by the non-breaching losing party or parties for all costs, including reasonable attorneys' attorney’s fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered therein.. 10

In the event that any either party institutes any action or suit to enforce this Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching prevailing party or parties shall reimburse be reimbursed by the non-breaching losing party or parties for all costs, including reasonable attorneys' attorney's fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered therein.. Section 7.05

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that any party institutes any action or suit to enforce proceeding in connection with the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement, or for damages by reason of any alleged breach of this Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach provision hereof, or for a declaration of rights in connection with this Agreement, or for any other relief, including equitable relief, in connection with this Agreement, the breaching prevailing party in any such action or parties proceeding shall reimburse be entitled to receive from the non-breaching prevailing party all of its costs and expenses in such action or parties for all costsproceeding including, including reasonable without limitation, attorneys' fees, incurred in connection therewith fees and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered thereincosts.

In the event that any party institutes any action or suit to enforce this Share Purchase Agreement or to secure relief from any default hereunder or breach hereof, the breaching party or parties Parties shall reimburse the non-breaching party or parties Parties for all costs, including reasonable attorneys' ’ fees, incurred in connection therewith and in enforcing or collecting any judgment rendered therein.
