Common use of Authorised Representative Clause in Contracts

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(2) of Directive 2014/53/EU and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(1) of Directive 2014/34/EU or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(25(2) of Directive 2014/532010/35/EU, respectively Article 7(2) of Directive 2014/29/EU, or Article 7(2) of Directive 2014/68/EU and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(15(1) of Directive 2014/342010/35/EU, respectively Article 7(1) of Directive 2014/29/EU, or Article 7(1) of Directive 2014/68/EU or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(28(2) of Directive 2014/53/EU Regulation 2016/426 and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(18(1) of Directive 2014/34/EU Regulation (EU) 2016/426 or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(27(2) of Directive 2014/532014/31/EU, re­ spectively Article 9(2) of Directive 2014/32/EU and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(17(1) of Directive 2014/342014/31/EU, respectively Article 9(1) of Directive 2014/32/EU or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(28(2) of Directive 2014/53/EU Regulation (EU) 2016/426 and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(18(1) of Directive 2014/34/EU Regulation (EU) 2016/426 or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(29(2) of Directive 2014/53/EU Regulation 2016/425 and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(19(1) of Directive 2014/34/EU Regulation (EU) 2016/425 or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(29(2) of Directive 2014/53/EU Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(19(1) of Directive 2014/34/EU Regulation (EU) 2016/425 or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

Authorised Representative. For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(28(2) of Directive 2014/532014/30/EU EU, respectively Article 7(2) of Directive 2014/35 and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(18(1) of Directive 2014/342014/30/EU, respectively Article 7(1) of Directive 2014/35/EU or the corresponding Swiss provisions.

For the purpose of the obligation in Article 11(27(2) of Directive 2014/532014/34/EU and the corresponding Swiss provisions, authorised representative shall mean any natural or legal person established within the European Union or Switzerland who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf pursuant to Article 11(17(1) of Directive 2014/34/EU or the corresponding Swiss provisions.. ▼M18
