The Licensee shall, within 30 (thirty) days from the Effective Date, nominate its Authorised Representative and shall authorise him for all correspondence, communication, signing of documents, participation in meetings etc. with Maha-Metro in respect of the Property Business Space and issues relating to or arising out of the Agreement.
