AUTHORITY TO ACT/BID. 3.1 Any agent acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer, prior to the auction sale, a letter of authority from such person, body corporate or firm stating that he is acting on behalf of the person, body corporate or firm, as the case may be.

AUTHORITY TO ACT/BID. (a) If the sale is restricted to individuals and not to incorporated persons, bodies, societies, firms or companies as specified by the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or other relevant bodies, the Property shall be sold to individual persons only.
AUTHORITY TO ACT/BID. 3.1 Any bidder intending to bid at the Auction on behalf of another person, body corporate, society or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer, prior to the Auction, a letter of authority from such person, body corporate, society or firm stating that he is acting on behalf of that person, body corporate, society or firm, as the case may be, and is duly authorized to execute any necessary documents on behalf of that person, body corporate, society or firm.

  • Authority to Act Architect/Engineer warrants, represents, and agrees that (1) it is a duly organized and validly existing legal entity in good standing under the laws of the state of its incorporation or organization; (2) it is duly authorized and in good standing to conduct business in the State of Texas; (3) it has all necessary power and has received all necessary approvals to execute and deliver this Agreement; and (4) the individual executing this Agreement on behalf of Architect/Engineer has been duly authorized to act for and bind Architect/Engineer.

  • Authority To Bid a. If the sale is restricted to an individual and not to be sold to a company, society, firm or body corporate as specified by the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies, the Property shall be sold to the individual person only.

  • Authority to Bind Each individual who executes this Agreement on behalf of a party represents that he/she is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of that party and is operating within the scope of his/her authority.

  • Authority to Execute Each person executing this Agreement represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized and has legal authority to execute and deliver this Agreement. Each party represents and warrants to the other that the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the performance of such party’s obligations hereunder have been duly authorized.   • Authority to File The Aggrieved Person may request an expedited Appeal either orally or in writing.

  • No Authority to Bind Neither party has the power or authority to bind the other party to contracts or other obligations.

  • Authority to Use Attachment B of each Approved Service Order will state whether or not the Consultant can use subconsultants to provide any part of the Work. If Attachment B does not authorize the Consultant to use subconsultants, then the Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to use a subconsultant to perform any part of the Work.

  • AUTHORITY TO PRACTICE The CONTRACTOR hereby represents and warrants that it has and will continue to maintain all licenses and approvals required to, conduct its business, and that it will at all times conduct its business activities in a reputable manner. Proof of such licenses and approvals shall be submitted to the COUNTY upon request.
