Common use of AUTHORIZATION TO SUPPLEMENT Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION TO SUPPLEMENT. If any Grantor shall obtain rights to any new patentable invention or become entitled to the benefit of any patent application or patent for any continuations, divisionals, continuations-in-part, reissues, or reexaminations of the patents or patent applications listed on Schedule I, the provisions of this Patent Security Agreement shall automatically apply thereto. The Grantors shall give prompt notice in writing to Collateral Agent with respect to any such new patent rights as required by the Security Agreement. Without limiting Grantors’ obligations under this Section, Grantors hereby authorize the Collateral Agent to unilaterally modify this Patent Security Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any such new patent rights of Grantors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Patent Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from the Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Patent Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from the Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

Without limiting Grantors’ obligations under this Section, Grantors hereby authorize the Collateral Agent unilaterally to unilaterally modify this Patent Security Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any such new patent rights of Grantorseach Grantor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Patent Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from the Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

The Grantors Pledgor shall give prompt notice in writing to the Collateral Agent with respect to any such new patent rights as required by the Security Agreementrights. Without limiting Grantors’ the Pledgor’s obligations under this Section, Grantors the Pledgor hereby authorize authorizes the Collateral Agent unilaterally to unilaterally modify this Patent Security Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any such new patent rights of Grantorsthe Pledgor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Patent Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from the Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.
