Common use of AUTHORIZATION TO SUPPLEMENT Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION TO SUPPLEMENT. If any Grantor shall obtain rights to any new trademarks, the provisions of this Trademark Security Agreement shall automatically apply thereto. Each Grantor shall give prompt notice in writing to Collateral Agent with respect to any such new trademarks or renewal or extension of any trademark registration. Without limiting the Grantors’ obligations under the Note Documents, each Grantor hereby authorizes Collateral Agent to unilaterally modify this Trademark Security Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any such new trademark rights of each Grantor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Trademark Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Trademark Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from the Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Trademark Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Collateral U.S. Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Trademark Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

Without limiting the Grantors’ obligations under the Note Documentsthis Section, each Grantor Grantors hereby authorizes Collateral authorize Agent unilaterally to unilaterally modify this Trademark Security Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any such new trademark rights of each Grantor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Trademark Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Collateral Agent’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

Without limiting the Grantors’ such Grantor’s obligations under the Note Documentsthis Section, each such Grantor hereby authorizes Collateral the Administrative Agent unilaterally to unilaterally modify this Trademark Security Agreement by amending Schedule I A to include any such new trademark Trademark rights of each such Grantor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Trademark Security Agreement or amend Schedule I A shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Collateral the Administrative Agent’s continuing security interest in all Trademark Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.A.

AUTHORIZATION TO SUPPLEMENT. If any Grantor shall obtain rights to any new trademarks, the provisions of this Trademark Security Agreement shall automatically apply thereto. Each Grantor Grantors shall give prompt notice notify Collateral Trustee in writing to Collateral Agent with respect to any such new trademarks or renewal or extension of any trademark registrationregistration quarterly pursuant to Section 6 (g)(v) of the Security Agreement. Without limiting the Grantors’ obligations under this Section, if Grantors fail to update Schedule I on or before the Note Documentsdate required under the Security Agreement, each Grantor Grantors hereby authorizes authorize Collateral Agent Trustee unilaterally to unilaterally modify this Trademark Security Agreement by amending Schedule I to include any such new trademark rights of each Grantor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Trademark Security Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Collateral AgentTrustee’s continuing security interest in all Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.
