Common use of AUTHORIZED BORROWER REPRESENTATIVE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZED BORROWER REPRESENTATIVE. Whenever under the provisions of this Loan Agreement the approval of the Borrower is required or the Borrower is required to take some action at the request of the Authority, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Authorized Borrower Representative; and the Authority and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action.

Whenever under the provisions of this Loan Agreement the approval of the Borrower is required or the Borrower Authority is required to take some action under the Indenture at the request of the AuthorityBorrower, such approval or such request shall be made or such action shall be taken given on behalf of the Borrower by the Authorized Borrower Representative; , and the Authority and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or actionrequest and neither party hereto shall have any complaint against the other or against the Trustee as a result of any such action taken.
