Availability of Energy. 1. Subject to Section IV.B.2, the Authority shall provide to the Customer in any Billing Period Firm Energy associated with Firm Power. The offer of Firm Energy for delivery shall fulfill the Authority’s obligations for purposes of this provision whether or not the Firm Energy is taken by the Customer.
