Award Amount. The amount of funding dedicated to this Agreement is limited to the amount set out in the attached Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, in writing.
Award Amount. NCORR has offered a Grant for $ (the “Award”) (see Exhibit A “Award Calculation Table”) for reimbursement for repair of the damaged home, pursuant to the Programs policies and procedures. This amount was determined based on the information the Participant(s) provided in the Program application, in accordance with Program policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations governing the Program. The Participant(s) understand that the Grant amount may be modified by approved Change Orders not contemplated on the effective date of this Agreement. Any changes to the Grant amount not addressed in this Agreement must be approved by the Participant(s) and NCORR, and shall be memorialized in a Change Order and shall be incorporated herein by reference into this original Grant Agreement.
Award Amount. This amount was determined based on the information the Participant(s) provided in the Program application, in accordance with Program policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations governing the Program. The Participant(s) understand that the Grant amount may be modified by approved Change Orders not contemplated on the effective date of this Agreement. Any changes to the Grant amount not addressed in this Agreement must be approved by the Participant(s) and NCEM, and shall be memorialized in a written amendment to the Grant Agreement executed at closeout and incorporated herein by reference.
Award Amount. The maximum amount available for award in any academic year will be the accumulated interest in the Exceptional Faculty Award Trust Fund account as of March 1 of that year;
Award Amount. The total amount for this Agreement is {Funding Offered} and payment to Grantee shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and as determined by the amount approved by the region’s K12 SWP Selection Committee and found in the Grantee’s certified K12 Strong Workforce Program Plan in NOVA. Grantee certifies to the K12 Selection Committee that grant funds received and the matching funds contributed by each local educational agency shall be used solely for the purpose of supporting the program or programs for which the grant is awarded.
Award Amount. Funds are available to support grants as necessary to fulfill the purpose of this funding opportunity to the fifty States, District of Columbia, and/or consortia of States. The award amount will vary based on application category and the specific needs of each State. Additional funding may be requested by the applicant to support an increased scope of work for all applicants that apply under this Funding Opportunity Announcement. The applicant will be required to submit a justification to support the budget request. Both the budget and budget justification to provide additional funds are subject to approval by the respective program and grant officials.
Award Amount. NCTCOG will reimburse CITY’S eligible costs as outlined in the Scope of Work (SCOPE) under the conditions in this Agreement not to exceed the Maximum Award Amount of $20,000. The actual amount of reimbursement may be less than the maximum Award Amount and will be determined under the conditions of this Agreement. CITY shall be responsible for any costs in excess of the maximum Award Amount. Where the amount identified in Exhibit A and Article 2.1 differ, the Maximum Award Amount identified in Article 2.1 prevails.
Award Amount. The Bank shall, each month, issue to each holder of an AM BankCard that number of AM which is equal to the whole number, if any, obtained (disregarding fractions) when the Net Purchase Amount in relation to such month’s statement for such AM BankCard is divided by the Award Amount in effect on the date of such statement. At all times during the Term, the AM so issued shall be recorded on such statement. The Bank shall notify LM of all AM issued so that LM may record, as appropriate, such AM in the applicable AM Account and the Bank shall, in addition, record on such statement that such number of AM have been issued. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 8.3, the Bank shall have the right at any time not to issue AM with respect to a BankCard holder who is not in good standing at such time under his cardholder agreement with the Bank. The Bank may not issue AM with respect to any BankCard except on the basis described in this Section 8.3 or on some other basis which has been approved of in writing by LM.
Award Amount. The total project cost is [insert total project cost, includes local match ($)]. NCTCOG will reimburse PERFORMING PARTY’s eligible costs of implementing Task(s) as outlined in the SCOPE under the conditions in this Agreement not to exceed the maximum Award Amount of [insert federal reimbursement amount ($)]. Grant funding cannot exceed [choose what applies and remove extra space: twenty five percent (25%) of the incremental cost of the new vehicle/equipment or [insert federal award amount] thirty five percent (35%) of the incremental cost of the new vehicle/equipment or [insert federal award amount] forty five percent (45%) of the incremental cost of the new vehicle/equipment or [insert federal award amount]. The actual amount of reimbursement may be less than the maximum Award Amount and will be determined under the conditions of this Agreement. Eligible costs incurred by the PERFORMING PARTY that are not reimbursed through payment of the funding award shall be recorded as mandatory cost share or local match contribution to the project by the PERFORMING PARTY.
Award Amount. Each FFM/State Partnership Marketplace service area will receive an apportionment of funds for the first 12-month budget period of the project period in the amounts listed below. The formula used to calculate the funds incorporates the number of uninsured legal residents under age 65 and the number of individuals enrolled in individual market Marketplace coverage in FFM/State Partnership Marketplaces. This formula takes into account that Navigators will be working with uninsured individuals, as well as consumers enrolled in Marketplace coverage. This formula is also intended to help HHS apportion funding to enable awardees to fulfill the full scope of responsibilities as Navigators in Marketplaces.
