AWARD Term. (a) To implement the trafficking in persons requirement in section 106(g) of the TVPA, as amended, a Federal awarding agency must include the award term in paragraph (b) of this sec- tion in—
AWARD Term. The AWARD shall in no event be exercisable after the expiration of ten years from the GRANT DATE and shall expire on such date.
AWARD Term. An Award which has not been exercised seven years after the Award Date shall be forfeited on the seventh anniversary of the Award Date and shall have no further effect.

AWARD Term. The Parties agree that iKang Guobin shall award all the Target Option to Xxxx Xxx within 30 business days upon the completion date of the change of industrial and commercial registration regarding the acquisition by iKang Holding of the 33% equity interest held by Xxxx Xxx in Shanghai Huajian and the 30% equity interest held by Shanghai Huajian Investment Management Co., Ltd. in Shanghai Huajian.
AWARD Term. The term of the Award shall be 10 years after the Grant Date and the Award shall expire at 5:00 p.m. (eastern time) on the 10th anniversary of the Grant Date, subject to earlier termination in the event of the Holder’s Termination with the Company.
AWARD Term. The County is looking to promote partnership relationships within the policies and procedures of public procurement. Pursuant toward that end, the successful Contractor(s) shall be awarded an Agreement for an initial three (3) year term with the option for two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewals. All renewals will be contingent upon mutual written agreement and, when applicable, approval of County Council.
