Backups. Provider agrees to maintain backup copies, backed up at least daily, of Student Data in case of Provider’s system failure or any other unforeseen event resulting in loss of Student Data or any portion thereof.

Backups. Vaioni performs data backups on a "snap shot" basis at a specific moment. Therefore Vaioni may not create a backup of every item that is sent, received or stored. The backup will only capture those items (including mailboxes and public folders) that are present during the time of the backup. Data on backups may be retrieved only for a limited number of days. See information in Section 4.3 (Records Retrieval) below regarding Records Retrieval services.
