Benefits Plans. During the Employment Period, You will be eligible to participate in all benefit plans in effect for executives and employees of the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans.

Benefits Plans. The Employee also shall participate fully in all insurance, pension, retirement, deferred compensation, stock and stock option, stock purchase or similar compensation and benefit plans and programs pursuant to the terms of such plans or programs.

Benefits Plans. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable plan documents in force from time to time and applicable law, including any applicable waiting period thereunder, Executive will be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements (including, without limitation, any plans, programs and arrangements providing for retirement benefits, profit sharing, disability benefits, paid time off, health and life insurance) that the Company, in its sole discretion, makes available to its similarly situated executives generally.
