Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability. To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums which the Insured shall become obligated to pay by reason of the liability imposed by law upon the insured, or the liability of others assumed by the Insured under any written agreement relating to the ownership, maintenance or use for pleasure purposes of the watercraft and/or motors described, for damages, including damages for care and loss of service, because of bodily injury or property damage. We will pay up to the limit of liability as stated on the declaration page for any one occurrence.
Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability. On and Off Site Coverage shall include all owned, hired, borrowed or non-owned autos, with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 for Bodily Injury, or Property Damage. The City of Miami, Marlins Stadium Operator, LLC, Marlins Stadium Developer, LLC, Florida Marlins, LP and Miami-Dade County shall be named as an additional insured. All Risk Contractor’s Equipment Coverage shall include all owned, used, and leased equipment required to perform the services called for in the Contract Documents.

This insurance applies to “bodily injury” and “property damage” only if: The “bodily injury” or “property damage” is caused by an “occurrence” that takes place in the “coverage territory”; and The “bodily injury” or “property damage” occurs during the “policy period”. Damages because of “bodily injury” include damages claimed by any person or organization for care, loss of services or death resulting at any time from the “bodily injury”.

Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability. To the fullest extent ------------------------------------------- permitted by law, Fluor Xxxxxx shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner, Owner's consultants, agents, employees and other representatives of any of them, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees, arising out of or resulting from performance of the Work, provided that such claim, damage, loss or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or to injury to or destruction of tangible property (other than the Work itself or other Owner's property covered by Owner's property insurance) including loss of use resulting therefrom, but only to the extent caused in whole or in part by negligent acts or omissions of Fluor Xxxxxx, anyone directly or indirectly employed by Fluor Xxxxxx, any subcontractor of Fluor Xxxxxx or anyone for whose acts Fluor Xxxxxx xxx be liable, regardless of whether or not such claim, damage, loss or expense is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge or reduce other rights or obligations of indemnity which otherwise exist as to a party or person described in this Section 9.1. In claims against any person or entity indemnified under this Section 9.1 by an employee of Fluor Xxxxxx, anyone directly or indirectly employed by Fluor Xxxxxx or any subcontractor of Fluor Xxxxxx or anyone for whose acts Fluor Xxxxxx xxx be liable, the indemnification obligation under this Section 9.1 shall not be limited by a limitation on amount or type of damages, compensation or benefits payable by or for Fluor Xxxxxx or any subcontractor of Fluor Xxxxxx under workers' compensation acts, disability benefit acts or other employee benefit acts.
