Budget Amendments a) Subject to this paragraph 4 of this Appendix B, the maximum budgets highlighted in paragraph 1 of this Appendix B above are fixed.
Budget Amendments. The terms of this Section shall not prevent the TMPA Board from approving such budget amendments as may be necessary, or from billing for such amended costs immediately, so long as the amendments meet the otherwise applicable approval requirements of this section.
Budget Amendments. The following budget changes shall be subject to prior approval by the Commission through the amendment process described in Article 10.6. If any changes to the budget are required, the Grantee shall request a budget amendment from the Commission and the request must be approved prior to implementation. Budget amendments shall be compatible with the terms of this Agreement and of such a nature as to qualify as an allowable cost. Budget amendments requested during the ninety (90) prior to the Completion Date will be approved on a limited basis.
