Business/Commercial Use. If you used the Account or the Service for business or commercial purposes, even if prohibited by this User Agreement, the claimant shall pay filing fees and each party will pay 50% of all other fees or expenses charged by New Era ADR. And subsection (g)iii and (g)iv apply, but not subsection g(i).

Business/Commercial Use. The Premises may be used as a personal residence only and not for any business or commercial use (except child care as specified by law). However, Tenant may maintain a personal home office if the home office use does not involve (1) people coming to the Premises for business purposes, or (2) selling goods or services from the Premises. Tenant may not conduct any auction, garage sale, yard sale or similar activities in the Premises or in the common areas.

  • Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.

  • Commerce eXtensible Markup Language (cXML) This standard establishes the data contents required for invoicing via cXML within the context of an electronic environment. This transaction set can be used for invoicing via the AN for catalog and non-catalog goods and services. The cXML format is the Ariba preferred method for electronic invoicing.

  • Ownership, Use and Return of Offering Materials The Offering Materials shall continue to be the property of the Owner and JLL. The Offering Materials will be used by the Potential Investor solely for the purpose of evaluating the possible acquisition of the Property and not for any purpose unrelated to the possible acquisition of the Property. The Offering Materials may not be copied or duplicated without the Owner's and JLL’s prior written consent, and must be returned to JLL (or with JLL’s permission, destroyed by Potential Investor and any Related Party, and in such instance Potential Investor shall certify in writing to JLL and Owner that such information has been so destroyed) immediately upon request or when the Potential Investor declines to make an offer for the Property or terminates any discussions or negotiations with respect to the Property.
