Common use of CAFA Notice Clause in Contracts

CAFA Notice. The Administrator shall serve notices under the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715, within the timelines specified by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b). Defendant will provide the Court with confirmation of service on or before the date of the Final Approval Hearing.
