Calculation of Unit Prices. Unit Prices include all sums for payment, repayment, reimbursement, remittance, remuneration, compensation, profit, cost, overhead, expense, loss, expenditure, allowance, charge, demand, hire, wages, salary, tax, cash, assessment, price, money, xxxx, statement, dues, recovery, restitution, benefit, recoupment, exaction, or injury. Unit prices to cover the addition or reinstallation of stormwater management BMPs shall be calculated by type and linear foot. Unit Prices shall not include any Time Dependent Overhead Costs, as such costs will be added as appropriate pursuant to Section 3, Part 3. The Contractor shall certify that the Unit Prices submitted do not exceed current costs in the industry or trade for like services or materials.
Calculation of Unit Prices. The unit price for unsuitable soil shall include the excavation, haul off, and disposal of all unsuitable fill material. Unit prices for removal of rock shall include excavation and removal of all rubble; addition and removal of overburden for blasting; replacement of suitable soils in areas of overblasting or over removal; and all costs of labor, equipment, supplies, blasting materials, safety requirements, drayage, haulage, and disposal, including offsite disposal costs. Unit price for suitable soil shall include the cost of the soil and haulage.

Calculation of Unit Prices. The prices for OEM Products sold by Baasel to CardioGenesis hereunder will be based upon a decreasing price for greater numbers of units ordered in a given Rolling Purchase Order, with certain agreed pricing level division points, as is reflected in Exhibit C as attached hereto at the Effective Date. In determining the relevant price for units of OEM Product based upon the quantity ordered in a given Rolling Purchase Order, the calculation will be made separately in the Rolling Purchase Order for Full-Feature Products and Cost-Reduced Products according to the respective number of each type of unit in the relevant Rolling Purchase Order.
