Common use of Cancellation Fees Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Fees. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. In case of a cancellation, the 20% non- refundable deposit converts into the cancellation fee. Please note: If you have booked through a travel agent, their cancellation terms will apply in addition. Full payment is required 30 days prior to date of travel.
