Certificate of Financial Officer – Swap Agreements. Concurrently with any delivery of financial statements under Section 8.01(a) and Section 8.01(b) and the delivery of each Reserve Report hereunder, a certificate of a Financial Officer, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth as of a recent date, a reasonably detailed summary of the Swap Agreements to which any Loan Party is a party on such date, which summary shall include information that is sufficient (as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent) for purposes of determining the Borrowing Base hereunder including, without limitation, the type, term, effective date, termination date and notional amounts or volumes).
