Certification of Authority. The undersigned certify that the persons executing this agreement on behalf of City and SDA have legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of City and SDA respectively and have full authority to bind City and SDA in a valid Agreement on the terms herein.

Certification of Authority. The Sub-recipient certifies that its governing body has authorized, by resolution or otherwise, the execution and acceptance of this Contract with all covenants and assurances contained herein. The Sub-recipient also certifies that the undersigned possesses the authority to legally execute and bind with the Coalition to the terms of this Contract.
