The Approval Authority shall have no obligation to allocate or direct disbursement of funds for this Agreement in lieu of allocations for new or other agreements. Contractor acknowledges that SUASI grant decisions are subject to the discretion of the OHS and Approval Authority. Contractor assumes all risk of possible non-allocation of funds, and such assumption is part of the consideration for this Agreement.
