Change in Service. Contractor shall notify City of any changes, enhancement, and upgrades to Contractor’s systems, or changes in other related software services, as applicable, which could impact the security of the services.
Change in Service. Contractor agrees that HCAOG may unilaterally change the area of service and service days and hours provided for herein. In that event, HCAOG will pay Contractor for any additional cost and expense incurred in implementing such changes.

Change in Service. Any request for a change to a Service shall be submitted in writing by the requesting Party or its Subsidiaries to the other Party or its Subsidiaries describing the proposed change in reasonable detail. The Party or Subsidiary receiving such request shall respond to the request as soon as practicable and the Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to negotiate, for a period of up to thirty (30) days following the receiving Party or Subsidiary’s response, reasonably practicable terms for implementing such change, including any changes in fees, if applicable; provided that the applicable Party or Subsidiary receiving the request shall not have any obligation to agree to such request for a change to a Service.
Change in Service. Verizon may modify or eliminate Private IP Service offerings or features upon 30 days prior written notice to Customer; provided that Customer may terminate the Private IP Service without penalty in the 15 days following implementation of any change that has a material adverse affect on the functionality of the Private IP Service if Verizon fails to correct the adverse effect in the 10 days following Customer’s written notification to Verizon of such effect.
Change in Service. SkyLynx reserves the right to rearrange, delete, add to, or otherwise change the SkyLynx Network Service in any way. For any material changes to the SkyLynx Network Service, SkyLynx will notify Subscriber of the change and its effective date. In most cases, where the change is within SkyLynx's control, notice will be made approximately one month In advance. If the change is not acceptable to Subscriber, Subscriber may cancel Subscriber's SkyLynx Network Service. If Subscriber does not cancel Subscriber's service, Subscriber's continued receipt of any SkyLynx service after the effective date of the change will be deemed to be Subscriber's acceptance of that change, and Subscriber will continue to be responsible for payment.
