Common use of Change or Waiver Clause in Contracts

Change or Waiver. Any term of this Warrant may be changed or waived only by an instrument in writing signed by each of the Company and the Registered Holder; provided, however, that any of the provisions of Sections 9 of this Warrant may be waived by an instrument in writing signed only by the Registered Holder.
