Changes in This Contract. Benefits and premiums may be changed after approval by the Board of Directors of the Company and filing by the Kansas Insurance Commissioner. No agent or representative of the Company other than its Board of Directors is authorized to change this Contract or waive any of its provisions.

  • Charges in This Case 2. The superseding indictment in this case charges defendant with wire fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343.

If the Engineer has submitted work in accordance with the terms of this contract but the State requests changes to the completed work or parts thereof which involve changes to the original scope of services or character of work under the contract, the Engineer shall make such revisions as requested and as directed by the State. This will be considered as additional work and paid for as specified under Article 4, Additional Work.
