Charter School Closure. 26.1. At all times it is operational during the Charter Term, Non-Profit will maintain a description of the procedures to be used in the event the Charter School closes, and provide such procedures to ACOE as specified in Schedule A [optional: and Schedule C] and post them as specified in Schedule B. Procedures must be compliant with requirements contained in 5 CCR §11962, and consistent with the content of the Charter.
