Civil Service Commission Rules. The parties to this Agreement expressly recognize that certain terms and conditions of employment were previously governed by the Rules of the City of Minneapolis Civil Service Commission and that the applicable Rules of the City of Minneapolis Civil Service Commission are superseded by this Agreement. The Parties agree that if the Civil Service Commission changes or adds to its Rules in such a way as to conflict with any express provision of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Civil Service Commission Rules. The administrative and procedural provisions and controls of Civil Service Laws, as well as the Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder, are to be observed in the administration of this Agreement, except to the extent that this Agreement pertains to subjects not therein contained or where this Agreement is contrary to, or in conflict with such provisions and controls and deviation from such rule or control is statutorily permitted. Nothing herein shall be construed to deny any individual Manager his or her rights under the Civil Service Laws or Regulations.
Civil Service Commission Rules. The City or the Civil Service Commission are not required to mail to any Commissioner, or the Fire Chief, or to each branch fire station, a copy of any proposed or enacted change to the rules promulgated by the Civil Service Commission. Any proposed or enacted changes to the rules promulgated by the Civil Service Commission shall be emailed to all members of the Department. This provision specifically preempts TLGC 143.008(e) (1) and (3).

  • CIVIL SERVICE RULES Nothing in Section 1 and 2 of this Article shall limit the Director of Human Resources or the appointing authority’s discretion to implement layoffs pursuant to Civil Service Rules.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process.   • Civil Service 2.6.1 The Government of National Unity shall also ensure that the National Civil Service, notably at the senior and middle-levels, is representative of the people of Sudan. In so doing, the following principles shall be recognized:-

  • Compliance with Contractor Employee Jury Service Ordinance Contractor shall comply with the County Ordinance with respect to provision of jury duty pay to employees and have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its employees shall receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five days of regular pay for actual jury service in San Mateo County. The policy may provide that employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the employees’ regular pay the fees received for jury service.

  • Grievance Commissioner System This is to confirm the discussion of the parties during collective bargaining that they are committed to encouraging early discussion and resolution of labour relations issues at the local level and seek to resolve grievances in a timely and cost efficient manner.   • Civil Fines Pursuant to Health & Safety Code §25249.7(b), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the notice, the Settling Entity agrees to pay a total of $1,600 in civil fines.
