Class of Membership. Club Operator hereby grants to Member a SUMMER Membership, constituting a license to use all or a portion of the Club Facilities in accordance with the privileges of such class of membership as set forth in the Membership Policies.
Class of Membership. Club Operator hereby grants to Member an Invitational membership in the Family Individual dues category, constituting a license to use the Facilities in accordance with the privileges of such class of membership as set forth in the Policies.
Class of Membership. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Bylaws, Member agrees to be a Member of OpenFabrics in the class designated on the signature page of this Agreement.
Class of Membership. In addition to the Board of Directors, the coalition shall have members. SECTION 2. – QUALIFICATIONS Members shall be 18 years of age or older, legal residents of United States of America, represent a qualified recovery support agency or organization, and are dedicated to the purpose of this coalition. Membership in the coalition shall consist of the following three levels:
Class of Membership. Your membership class is: __________Individual __________Add On __________Dependent __________Corporate An individual membership is defined as a membership for one person whether married or not. An Add On membership is defined as a membership for one person who is the spouse or domestic partner of an existing member (primary member) paying Individual dues rates of the Club. The Club requires documentation of marital or domestic partnership status. A Dependent membership is defined as a membership for one person who is the dependent, age 15 through 20, of and living at home with two existing Club members. The initiation fee and dues of an Add On or Dependent member are reduced. In the event the primary member terminates his/her membership at the Club or the spousal or domestic partner relationship between two members is terminated, the Add On dues rate will revert to the prevailing Individual dues rate for that membership type. In the event the primary member terminates his/her membership at the Club, Dependents will revert to the prevailing Individual dues rate for that membership type. In the event the primary member and Add On member terminate their memberships at the Club, Dependents will revert to the prevailing Individual dues rate for that membership type. At age 21 (upon 21st birthday), the Dependent dues rate will revert to the prevailing Individual dues rate for that membership type. Dues rates will be adjusted at the end of the prepaid term of membership for annual members or the next Checkfree collection date for monthly dues members. A Corporate membership is defined as a membership for one person which is purchased in a group of a minimum of five memberships at the same time and the initiation fee and monthly dues are paid by a corporation. The Club requires documentation of employee status. A Corporate membership may be transferred from one designated holder to another onetime per year by providing 30 days advance written notice and upon payment of a transfer fee of $__________.
Class of Membership. The Undersigned hereby agrees to be an (Official Member/Associate Member) of the Working Group and accepts the terms, conditions and obligations attendant thereto as provided in this Agreement and the Bylaws. The Undersigned’s admission as an (Official Member/Associate Member) of the Working Group is subject to meeting the qualifications for membership of the Working Group, and acceptance of the application by an authorized representative of the Working Group.
Class of Membership. Please refer to Section 2 of the Membership Agreement to determine the class of membership that your organisation is qualified to apply for, then tick relevant box.

Member’s assignment to a class is subject to meeting the qualifications for membership in the class and confirmation by the Steering Committee.
