Common use of Co-Location Clause in Contracts

Co-Location. The Company agrees to permit on commercially ----------- reasonable terms AT&T PCS and its Affiliates to install, operate and maintain cell site equipment owned or used by AT&T PCS and its Affiliates in their respective businesses on the towers, buildings and other locations at which the Company's cell site equipment is installed, operated and maintained. AT&T PCS and its Affiliates agree to permit on commercially reasonable terms the Company to install, operate and maintain cell site equipment owned or used by the Company in its business on the towers, buildings and other locations at which AT&T PCS and its Affiliates cell site equipment is installed, operated and maintained.

Co-Location.
