Collection of Rents and Other Receipts. The Agent will collect, when due, all rents, charges and other amounts receivable for the Owner's account in connection with the management and operation of the Project. Such receipts will be deposited in an account, separate from all other accounts and funds, with a bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. This account will be carried in the Owner's name and designated of record as "Xxxxx Realty Fund, Ltd.-III dba ___________ Apartments" (the "Project Rental Account"). Subject to compliance with Section 11 hereof, the Agent is, however, hereby authorized to make deposits to and withdrawals from the Project Rental Account as agent for the Owner.
Collection of Rents and Other Receipts. 3.1 AGENT'S AUTHORITY Agent shall collect (and give receipts for, if necessary) all rents, charges and other amounts receivable on Owner's account in connection with the management and operation of the Premises. Such receipts (except tenants' security deposits and advance rentals, which shall be handled as specified in paragraphs 2.2 and 3.3 hereof; and special charges, which shall be handled as specified in paragraph 3.2 hereof) shall be deposited in the Operating (and/or) Reserve Account(s) maintained by Agent for the Premises.

Subject to compliance with Section 11 hereof, the Agent is, however, hereby authorized to make deposits to and withdrawals from the Shopping Center Rental Account as agent for the Owner.
Collection of Rents and Other Receipts. (A) Broker's Authority. Broker shall collect all rents, charges and other amounts receivable on Owner’s account in connection with the management and operation of the Property. Such funds shall be deposited in the Trust Account maintained by Broker for the Property.

This account will be carried in Property Manager’s name and designated of record as “CMHA Scattered Sites – General Operating Account.”
