COMMENCEMENT AND DEFINITIONS. 1.1 This Agreement will commence at the beginning ofthe Term and will continue thereafter until the end of the Term, unless terminated in advance or extended in accordance with the terms herein. It will apply to all orders for (i) accessing and using the Publications placed by the Customers that are accepted by the Publisher during the aforementioned period, and (ii) publication ofOpen Access Articles in accordance with the terms ofSchedule E.
